Dear Friends,

After two years of praying and discerning, listening and studying, preparing and planning we come now to a decisive moment in the life of our two parishes. This weekend, April 26 and 27, the Pastoral Planning Committee will present the proposal we are recommending to you to vote on with regard to our future. The presentation will take place at the end of each Mass this weekend, which will allow more time for questions and answers. After each Mass, volunteers will be available to watch the children who may not wish to sit through the presentation. The committee will also present our recommendation on Wednesday evening, April 30 at 7:30 p.m. in Saint Theresa Deacon Hall.

Early next week, every registered family will receive a written copy of the material being presented this weekend, as well as a voting ballot. If you do not receive one by May 1 please call the parish office. We ask that each family prayerfully reflect on the information in the pamphlet and pray before casting your vote. There will be a ballot box in the Churches each weekend and we ask you to place your ballot in it when you come to Church. You may also return the ballot to the parish office by mail, or in person.

ALL BALLOTS MUST BE RETURNED BY 8:00 P.M. SUNDAY, MAY 11, THE SOLEMNITY OF PENTECOST.

We encourage all our families to participate in this important moment in the life of the Church in Bolton and Harvard.

Come Holy Spirit and guide us with Your Holy Wisdom.

The Pastoral Planning Committee,

Father Dennis, Suzanne Dutkewych, Mary Keville, Denny Mahoney, Pam Philbin, Tom Starr, and Rick Walsh
