Eligibility Requirements:

 

  1. Member of St. Theresa Parish, Harvard, MA
  2. June 2008 graduating high school senior
  3. Pursuing Higher Education
  4. Active in St. Theresa Parish community
  5. Good academic standing

 

Application Procedure:

 

  1. Complete the four-page application form.

 

  1. Submit a copy of the acceptance letter from the school/college you plan to attend. Submit with the application or under separate cover.

 

  1. Provide a personal reference from a St. Theresa parishioner who is not a member of your family and who is not a member of the award selection committee.*  The letter should attest to your character, parish community commitment and worthiness of this memorial award.  The parishioner should mail the letter directly to the Fr. Normand Gaumond Memorial Award Selection Committee.

 

  1. Submit all application materials no later than April 30, 2008 to:
